1. Which website does this policy cover?
This policy covers the public emonit.pl website, including its English version. The website is operated by AVERNET S.C., ul. Wieniawskiego 62, 93-564 Łódź, Poland. Contact: info@emonit.pl, +48 42 633 80 00.
The customer dashboard at panel.emonit.pl is a separate application. The list below does not describe its login sessions or all the technologies used in that application.
Cookies are information stored in your browser and read during subsequent requests. This policy also covers connections to external services that may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information.
2. You control optional features
Google Analytics and the embedded Google map are off by default. You can separately allow analytics and the map, accept both purposes, or reject optional features. Scrolling, following another link or closing a tab does not constitute consent.
Change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button below. Rejecting optional features does not prevent access to website content or contact by phone or email.
When you withdraw consent, we prevent the relevant feature from loading again. Disabling active analytics may reload the page. We delete analytics cookies accessible to this website; this domain cannot delete cookies stored by Google on its own domains. You can remove those in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing.
Remembering your choice and technologies strictly necessary to provide a service you request are considered separately from analytics. Device access is governed in particular by Article 399 of Poland’s Electronic Communications Law. The GDPR also applies where the information is personal data. Legitimate interests alone do not replace consent where consent to optional cookies is required.

The previous website mechanism stored cookies_accepted for up to 365 days. It recorded only dismissal of a notice. The new mechanism does not treat it as consent and removes it where accessible. The public pages currently do not use Universal Analytics code, a Meta pixel or embedded YouTube videos.
4. What should you know about Google services?
Enabling a Google service connects your browser to its provider. Google may receive your IP address, device, page and interaction information; the data depends on the service. We do not regard this data as automatically anonymous. Being signed in to Google and your browser settings may affect these services.
reCAPTCHA is independent of analytics and map consent. You can reject both of those purposes and still enable the verification required to send a form. A form cannot be sent without reCAPTCHA, but email and telephone contact remain available.

5. Deleting data and contacting us
You can also inspect, block and delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. Removing our preference cookie will show the settings again. Blocking Google services may prevent the map or form verification from working.
