Discuss a partnership

For companies working closely with customers

Cooperation can cover a specific deployment or development of your offering. Technical and commercial scope and responsibilities are agreed individually.

System integrators

Companies combining devices, data and software into solutions for business customers.

Installers and service teams

Teams handling installation, commissioning and maintenance of technical systems.

IT companies

Infrastructure service providers looking to add environmental measurements and alerts to their offering.

Industry solution providers

Companies delivering projects for industry, logistics, commercial premises and other customers.

Commercial terms, support scope and responsibilities are agreed for each project.

A shared starting point: the eMonit system

The online dashboard, measurement devices and alert rules can form part of your customer's solution. We first assess how they fit the customer's needs.

  • Selecting measurement scopeDefining the parameters and events to monitor, along with the customer's requirements.
  • Device verificationChecking interfaces, connectivity and how data is sent to the system.
  • Agreed responsibilitiesDefining who handles installation, configuration, acceptance and ongoing support.

What do we agree before starting?

Clear terms help plan the project and its ongoing maintenance.

Offer scope

The device and feature list, technical assumptions and commercial terms for the specific project.

Preparation and acceptance

Required documentation, technical preparation and how the installation will be verified.

Post-deployment service

Service contacts, responsibility for support requests and support scope agreed before implementation.

Introduce your company and partnership idea

You can present a specific project or describe an area in which you want to develop your offering.

Discuss a partnership
  1. Business profile

Tell us about your customers and the installations or services you deliver.

  2. A need or project

Describe the application, locations and approximate scale. Non-confidential information is enough to start.

  3. Discussing the scope

We will assess the solution's fit and discuss possible responsibilities and next steps.

Questions before partnering

Do I need a ready project?

No. You can describe your company and intended offering. If you have a project, a description of the customer's needs will help us assess cooperation options.

Does cooperation have to involve device sales?

It may cover different project elements, such as integration, installation or support. The specific cooperation model needs to be agreed.

Will I become an authorised partner?

Submitting an inquiry does not confer that status. Any authorisation terms and use of the eMonit name and materials must be agreed separately.

What are the margins and commercial terms?

There is no single partner price list on this page. Terms are agreed after assessing scope and responsibilities; we do not guarantee a particular income.

Who provides customer support?

Responsibility for handling requests and the support scope should be agreed before implementation. An unlimited service scope is not automatically part of the partnership.
